About the origin:  The Mogiana region of Brazil is known for producing good, consistent cup quality, year after year.  Elevation is between 3,200 and 4,300 feet.  The coffees grown in this region are a blend of Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Catuai varietals.  A rich coffee with tones of chocolate; a cup everyone will enjoy.  Full bodied and clean this is a traditional tasting Brazil - thick, creamy, nutty and sweet. At the darker roasts a sweet first taste, almost a little fruity quickly turns darker toned in a bakers chocolate to slightly toasted walnut. Hints of molasses and caramel can be found.
